Jonathan’s Parenting & Partnership workshop provides a safe environment to explore the realities of what it means to keep your relationship alive while embracing your new experience as parents.


Children in the Midst of Divorce is a group support is for elementary school-aged children whose parents are in the process of separation/divorce, and/or for children who are adjusting into blended families upon a parent’s remarriage.
During those weekly meetings children learn coping techniques, enhance resiliency, and eradicate emotional confusion such as fear and guilt. Parental coaching is included to enhance the child’s emotional stability at home, emphasizing the value of daily structure, healthy boundaries, and co-parenting.

Take a “time-out” with Therese once a week for 6 weeks to explore how you can nurture your deeper Self and connect with all the different parts of you that may not been tended to while you have been tending to your child(ren).

Kavita works in collaboration with a team of midwives to offer a full range of support and expertise to best meet the needs of your family at this special time. Their Home Birth Tea is for current and interested families. Come meet her team and explore what she has to offer.



Kera’s Social Skills Groups for Children will be starting March 7th 2016, and will continue ongoing during the school year! We will cover communication, expressing feelings, empathy, friendship building, increasing self-esteem, problem solving, active listening, assertiveness, dealing with bullies, managing conflict, and more! Groups will be limited to 4 members to provide personalized attention to each child, and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Mondays 4:00-5:30 pm. – 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders, and Saturdays 2:00-4:00 pm. – 1st, 2nd, and 3rd graders.

Sophie’s One Day Toddler Workshop is for Parents of Children under 4 years old. Are you struggling  with whining, tantrums, adjusting to a new sibling, power struggles ?  In this workshop you will learn many non-punitive tools for turning defiance into self-reliance.  You will learn effective ways of encouraging your child as well as how to develop important life skills.
